Shipping and Delivery

We ship to worldwide countries, via EMS/DHL/China Post Air Parcel.

China Post Air Parcel will take 15-30 business days.

EMS reach most of the countries in 7 to 20 business days.

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors,China Post Air Parcel and EMS may takes up to 60 business days;

DHL usually takes 2-7 business days, and it may take up to 12 business days because of the destination and other factors;

In some European country ,custom duties is very high, we recommend XDB express.

The shipping cost will be expensive than EMS,  but this shipping mode can help you  safe  the taxes and custom duties.

Pls NOTE:

We are not responsible for:

(1)Compensating you for payment of any import or value added taxes caused by your countries

(2)Products seized by your local customs.We can't control any option or right that customs holds.

(3)Any delays, accidents or any other issues incurred by the shipping companies or the weather.

Warranty

We provide 2-year-warranty for our carbon rims. 

If there are any manufacturing defects found, we are responsible to do replacement within 30 days

without any extra cost collected. 

However, the warranty does not cover:

Normal wear  of braking surface/pads/bearings and pawls in the hub and improper assembly or follow up maintenance,

damage or failures caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product,

non-compliance with manufactures specifications of usage or any other fractious reasons;

When the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed.
